Yes. The Free plan covers up to 5 places with the Full locator and Map on page blocks, categories, tags and import and export. Essential costs US$ 9.99/month for up to 200 places, with a 14-day free trial.

No. The blocks are theme app blocks: the app opens the Shopify theme editor with the block already added, and you click Save.

Navify uses theme app blocks, which work on Online Store 2.0 themes, including Dawn and the free Shopify themes. Older themes without app block support can’t show the blocks.

No. Navify uses OpenStreetMap maps, with no key and no cost per view for you. Google Maps or Mapbox with your own key is planned for the Pro plan.

Not yet. Today the search looks through your own places by city, neighborhood, postal code or name, and Use my location sorts places by distance. City autocomplete is next on the roadmap.

The blocks show the list first and load the map library only when it is needed. The Store near you block loads nothing until the visitor asks for the nearest store.

Visitors can filter by category and tag. You choose which filters appear and, for Map on page, on which pages, posts and collections the block shows.

No. The app stores your shop details, your places and anonymous storefront events. It stores nothing tied to a buyer: no name, email, IP address, customer id or coordinates.

It stays in the visitor’s browser and is used to sort places by distance. When the visitor allows analytics, the reports keep only the distance range to the nearest place, never the position.

Your data is kept for 48 hours, so a reinstall brings everything back. After that, Shopify asks us to erase your store’s data and we do. Export your places before uninstalling if you want a copy.

The admin and the block texts come in English, Portuguese and Spanish. You can translate your categories, tags and descriptions into every language your store publishes (Essential).
